Valery Detzel (left)
Valery Detzel has held a variety of posts in the biomass sector for over 20 years, specialising in material and energetic use. Before founding CEBCON together with Marina Tcharnetsky, he held various positions at the GEE Energy Group in Hamburg.
Valery Detzel was the interim manager of a biomass-fuelled combined heat and power plant, a wood pelletisation plant and a logistic centre; Head of Technology, Procurement and Business Development at the GEE Energy Group; Project Manager and Developer in the planning and construction of biomass facilities. Before that, he worked in the timber industry in the area of international timber purchasing as well as in the area of reforestation and forestry. Valery Detzel is a graduate business engineer (FH) and a graduate engineer for forestry (FH/GUS).
Marina Tcharnetsky (center)
For more than 20 years, Marina Tcharnetsky has held a variety of posts in the energy industry in the areas of production, exploration, trade and logistics. She has worked in both the conventional oil and gas markets as well as in the bioenergy sector and has gained many years of experience in strategic and operational responsibility. During her career, she has held the following positions: Vice President for Strategy in the Oil & Gas division of the BASF Group.
In this capacity, she worked as a delegate of the general committee of the World Energy Council. Before that, she was the overall managing director of the GEE Energy Group, which operates in the biomass market, especially in the production of electricity and heat from biomass as well as the production and trading of biomass fuels. In addition, she held various functions at Marquard & Bahls AG. Marina Tcharnetsky is a graduate economist (Msc. equivalent) and certified import/export specialist.
Bernhard H. Grevesmühl (right)
Bernhard Grevesmühl has been working interdisciplinary in various management and consulting functions within the industrial goods sector for more than 25 years. During his career he has gained extensive experience in both strategic and operational positions in the national and international environment. He likes to make use of the success characteristics of other industries to generate optimization potential in addition to the usual benchmarking processes (cross-industry thinking).
As Vice President with power of attorney, he accompanied various stations of the wind turbine manufacturer REpower Systems SE in the field of renewable energies. During his career, as a manager in internationally operating companies, he was responsible for Project Organization, Sales/Marketing, Technical Management and Integrated Management Systems. Bernhard Grevesmühl is MSc Eng., certified QM auditor and Six Sigma expert.
